All of Costa Rica. We're based on the South Pacific coast and travel nationwide for shoots. Final pricing accounts for distance and travel time from our base.

Every package includes professional camera work and aerial drone photography. Básico includes 20 photos, Estrella includes 40 photos, and both include one site visit and a social media story on shoot day. Premium is fully custom, with a minimum of two sessions (day and night).

A little prep goes a long way. Here's what makes the biggest difference:

Clean & bright. Clean surfaces, floors, and windows, and check that every light works: lamps, recessed lighting, pool and garden lights included. Good lighting is what makes a space feel warm in photos.

Set the scene. Fresh flowers, cushions, a bowl of fruit, or a table set with wine glasses help a space feel lived-in. Put away personal items like family photos or toiletries so buyers and guests can picture themselves there.

Room by room: clear the kitchen counters, tidy visible bathroom items, and make the beds.

Outdoors & access. Trim the lawn, sweep the entrance, and make sure we can reach every area, including garages. In a condo, it helps to give the front desk or neighbors a heads-up, since drone flights can be noisy.

Small things that help. Turn off ceiling fans (they blur in photos), tuck away visible cables, and if pets can be elsewhere during the shoot, the session tends to move faster.

Talk to us. Send us access details ahead of time, and let us know anything you specifically want featured, or anything you'd rather we leave out.

Not for the image itself. Every photo goes through manual HDR fusion and brush-layer editing, done by hand by an artist-editor; that's what gives our images their organic light, shadow, and color. We use AI sparingly for isolated object removal, but avoid it whenever possible, since generative fill can affect the quality of the final image.

We're flexible. There's no charge if you cancel or reschedule at least a week ahead of the shoot, or if it's due to weather. If a cancellation or postponement is client-caused and happens with less than a week's notice, a $50 fee applies.

Every session includes aerial drone photography as standard. FPV video tours (the cinematic kind, interiors and exteriors captured in one continuous, immersive flight) are a separate product, starting at $350 and quoted based on style, script, and creative time involved.

After your shoot, you'll get a link by WhatsApp or email to a private delivery page with all your photos and videos. If someone else on your team needs access, you can request it from the same page.

Yes, our team works comfortably in both English and Spanish, whichever is easiest for you and your clients.

ConeCat retains ownership and copyright of everything we produce. Booking a session doesn't transfer that ownership; it grants you a license to use the material for the specific commercial activity you booked it for, like selling or renting a property.

Not automatically. If you want to use the same material for another commercial activity, for example, photos taken to sell a property that are later used to list it as a vacation rental, that's a second commercial benefit from the same shoot, and a 50% additional charge applies. Just write to us first so we can coordinate it.

Only with a new license. A change of ownership, a designer or agent wanting the material for their own marketing, or using it in a different channel than originally agreed all count as new uses that need to be coordinated with us first.

Of course, every session gets an official electronic invoice, and it naturally includes Costa Rica's 13% IVA. As a responsible business, we handle our billing, accounting, and tax payments the same way any business with tax obligations should.
